Mobile Application Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 25, 2026
Version: 1.1
Summary: This app does not collect any data. BLE scan results are optionally saved by the user, locally on their own device only — nothing is transmitted to us or anyone else.
What the App Stores (locally only)
When Capture History is enabled (the default), the app saves BLE scan data locally on your device to provide its core functionality. This may include device names, Bluetooth addresses, signal strength, manufacturer data, serial numbers, and related scan results. This data is stored on your device only — it is never transmitted to us or shared with third parties.
We Collect Nothing
We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, usage data, or any other information. Any data saved by the app stays exclusively on your device and is fully under your control.
No Tracking or Analytics
We do not use analytics tools, crash reporters, advertising networks, cookies, or any other tracking technology. Your behavior and activity within the app are never monitored or recorded.
No Third Parties
This app does not integrate any third-party SDKs or services. No data is ever shared with external parties because no data is collected in the first place.
Your Control
Capture History can be disabled at any time in the app settings, after which no new BLE scan data is stored. You can also delete saved records individually within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
Android System Diagnostics
The Android operating system and Google Play may independently collect technical diagnostics such as crash reports at the system level. This data is outside the app’s control and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Policy Changes
If this privacy policy changes in the future, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
